We got small double room and enjoyed it. The venue was set in the very central position not far from centre of Burford, the Cotswolds, a pub.

The breakfast was tasty with beans on toast. the room was good sized and newly remodelled with toiletries, a mini bar, and a loft bedroom. - the location is really close to picturesque and historic Burford as well as other areas of the Cotswolds, making it a marvelous location overall.

Good location in Burford, Very relaxed atmosphere both in hotel and restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, good mix of new and old furnishings. Love the higgeldy piggeldy building such a nice change from box like rooms. Food good.

Everything... Start with staff , the welcome, the location, the food. Excellent value for money, rooms very clean and comfortable, super shower plus a secret coutyard to sit and read in . a hint share starters ! THe food was amazing, The chicken rillette, briased steak , in fact all we tasted. HAve breakfast and go for a long walk after!!! Eggs marvellous tried scramled and poached . Came with my pre university daughter for a weekend break and she loved it also . If with teenagers go to Witney to shop!!! Note we do not fit the traveller profile!!

Wonderful location just next door to the centre of Burford. Situated only 1 km from Burford Golf Club. - the rooms come with toiletries and a fridge. - Savoury breakfast and plenty of goodies

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious food served in the atmospheric bar area at the front of the hotel.

There was no parking and the landlady was a little rude on first arrival. However, she seemed to become more friendly from then on, so perhaps just a bad day.

The location in Burford was prime and perfectly comfortable, right in the center and close to various sights. the breakfast was hot and freshly cooked, with a variety of hot English food and treats. - the breakfast was served by a cheerful lady and had options to suit everyone's taste.
